Preparation Instructions

ENTREES:

Cheesy Lasagna, Creamy Pasta & Vegetables, Savory Stroganoff, Pasta Alfredo, Teriyaki Rice, Chicken Flavored Noodle Soup, Southwest Rice & Beans, Organic Pineapple Chipotle Chili, Organic Pasta Primavera, Hearty Tortilla Soup

  1. ADD. Pour the contents of the package into 6 cups of water and mix well.
  2. BOIL. Bring water to a boil, stirring often and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  3. COOL. Uncover and let cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Potatoes & chicken Flavoured Pot Pie, Organic White Cheddar Broccoli Soup, Tomato Basil Soup with Pasta

  1. ADD. Pour the contents of the package into 6 cups of water and mix well.
  2. BOIL. Bring to a boil, stirring often and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
  3. COOL. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.

Cheesy Macaroni

  1. ADD. Pour the contents of the package into 5 cups of water and mix well.
  2. BOIL. Bring to a boil, stirring often and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  3. COOL. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.

BREAKFASTS:

Apple Cinnamon Cereal

  1. ADD. Pour the contents of the package into 4 cups of water and mix well.
  2. BOIL. Bring to a boil, stirring often and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
  3. COOL. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.

Brown Sugar & Maple Multi-Grain Cereal

  1. ADD. Pour the contents of the package into 5 cups of water and mix well.
  2. BOIL. Bring to a boil, stirring often and simmer for 12-15 minutes.
  3. COOL. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.

Crunchy Granola

  1. SERVE. Add milk or your favorite milk alternative.
  2. ENJOY. Can be enjoyed plain.

Strawberry Granola Crunch

  1. ADD. Pour the contents of the package into 2 cups of water or to desired consistency and mix well.
  2. SERVE. Eat and enjoy!

Pancakes

  1. ADD. Stir ½ cup pancake mix into ¼ cup cold water, mix well.
  2. PRE-HEAT. Pre-heat oiled skillet/griddle to medium heat.
  3. COOK. Cook pancakes 1-1½ minutes per side until golden brown.

Organic Oatmeal

  1. BOIL. Bring 1 Cup of water to a boil.
  2. STIR. Stir in½ cup of Oatmeal.
  3. SIMMER. Simmer for 5 minutes.
  4. COOL. Remove from heat and cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Maple Flavoured Syrup

  1. BOIL. Pour½ cup maple syrup mix into ½ cup of water and mix well.
  2. BOIL. Bring to a boil, stirring often and simmer for 7-10 minutes.
  3. COOL. Let stand for 2-3 minutes. Makes 5 servings.

MEATS:

Southwest Style Chicken, Roasted Chicken, Teriyaki Chicken, Cheesy Ground Beef, Savory Roasted Ground Beef.

  1. BOIL. Bring ¾ cup water to a boil.
  2. STIR. Add the contents of the pouch into boiling water and stir.
  3. COVER. Turn off heat and cover. Let stand for10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

  1. BOIL. Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
  2. STIR. Add the contents of the pouch into boiling water and stir.
  3. COVER. Turn off heat and cover. Let stand for10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

SIDES:

Instant White Rice

  1. BOIL. Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
  2. ADD. Add 1 cup of rice to boiling water and stir.
  3. COVER. Turn off heat and cover. Let stand for 12 minutes before serving.

Cilantro Lime Seasoned Rice

  1. ADD. Pour the contents of the package into 5 cups of water and mix well.
  2. BOIL. Bring to a boil, stirring often and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  3. COOL. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.

BBQ Beans

  1. ADD. Pour the contents of the package into 4 cups of water and mix well.
  2. BOIL. Bring to a boil, stirring often and simmer for 15-20 minutes.
  3. COOL. Let stand for 2-3 minutes.

Broccoli, Peas, Corn, Green Beans

  1. BOIL. Bring 1 cup water to a boil.
  2. STIR. Add the contents of the pouch into boiling water and stir.
  3. COVER. Turn off heat and cover. Let stand for 12-15 minutes or until tender.

Butter Sauce

  1. MIX. Combine Sauce Mix with 1½ cups of water in a medium saucepan and mix well.
  2. BOIL. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and allow to thicken.
  3. COVER. Turn off heat and cover. Let stand for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Pinto Beans, Kidney Beans, Black Beans

  1. ADD. Pour the contents of the package into 8 cups of boiling water and mix well.
  2. COOL. Cover and remove from heat. Let stand for 7-10 minutes.
  3. SERVE. Drain and use as desired.

DESSERTS:

Creamy Yogurt Style Dessert

  1. ADD. Pour the contents of the pouch into1 cup of water.
  2. MIX. Stir well until smooth.

Vanilla Pudding

  1. ADD. Pour the contents of the pouch into 2 cups of water.
  2. MIX. Stir well until smooth.

DRINKS:

Whey Milk Alternative

FOR ONE SERVING: Combine 2 tablespoons of Whey Milk with¼ cup of room temperature water. Stir until dissolved. Add ¾ cup water and stir. Chill if desired.

FOR FULL POUCH: Combine contents of pouch with 3 cups of room temperature water. Stir until dissolved.Add 9 cups of water and stir. Chill if desired.

Chocolate Dairy Delight

FOR ONE SERVING: Combine 3 tablespoons of Chocolate Dairy Delight with1 cup of room temperature water. Stir until dissolved. Chill if desired.

FOR FULL POUCH: Combine contents of pouch with 6 cups of room temperature water. Stir until dissolved. Chill if desired.

Orange Drink

FOR ONE SERVING: Combine 2 tablespoons of Orange Drink Mix with1 cup of water. Stir until dissolved. Chill if desired.

FOR FULL POUCH: Combine contents of pouch with1 gallon of water. Stir until dissolved. Chill if desired.

POWDERED EGGS:

For one egg equivalent, mix 2½ tablespoons whole egg powder with 2½ tablespoons of warm water. Cook as desired.

Use in any cooking or baking application. Make delicious omelet, cakes, cookies, pancakes, muffins, french toast, and so much more. If used with other dry ingredients, reconstituting is not ary. Just add to other dry ingredients and increase the iquids_by the required amount.
